We asked the question:
What happens when you invite musicians, environmental organizations, creatives, activists, movement-shakers, music-lovers, educators and community members to gather in one space?
The Earth Sessions Project was launched in 2022 by Green Girl Productions by Leah Thomas, The Eyes & Ears Agency and 501c3 Intersectional Environmentalist.
As we radically imagined what this space would look like - Earth Sessions was born and we’ve hosted over 20 events since then in appreciation of the revolutionary art of gathering.
our mission is to:
create healing community spaces that harness the power of music to raise collective consciousness about environmental justice and inspire local action.
What we do:
At the Earth Sessions project - we produce experiences that celebrate the role of art in movements of change, and provide multicultural and justice centered environmental education to new audiences. We partner with musicians to raise their voices for people and the planet in a way that feels authentic to them and we work with organizations to produce impactful community gatherings.
